A) Acquisition of Land / Building:
* Identifying sites as per
requirement of RF planning.
* Negotiating with the landlords.
* Checking of title deed & allied
papers.
* Legal vetting of the documents.
* Making agreement with the
landlords.
* Getting it cleared by the legal dept. of the client.
* Obtaining NOC from
municipalities / panchayets.
* Testing of soil parameters to
verify suitability of tower erection.
* Obtaining structural design and
stability test reports.
* Liaison with the local authorities
to ensure smooth & trouble free infra work.
* Sorting out the local issues.
B) Liaison for Electric Connection:
* Coordination with electricity board
for bringing power connection to the sites, this includes:
* Submission of application forms
with all the relevant documents and follow up.
* Arranging for temporary connection
after paying necessary charges.
* Follow up & arranging for the
quotation from SEB's for supply materials.
* Payment to the SEB enlisted
contractors for execution of the job.
* Liaison with SEB's for charging the
line after installation of transformers where ever necessary.
* The whole process takes about
15 days to 3 months depending on the distance between the proposed site
and
existing ht
lines, availability of poles, transformers etc. with SEB's.
C) Pollution Control Board Issues:
* Clearance from pollution control
board.
* Submission of application with
necessary document to respective PCB offices and follow up with them for
DG Clearance.
* Obtaining permission to install the
DG - valid for one year.
* Again applying to PCB's for running
the DG.
* Obtaining permission to opearate
the DG - valid for 5 years.
D) Project Monitoring Service:
* Physical supervision of all the
jobs at every site by deploying qualified & experienced engineers and
technicians.
* Sites are rolled out within a
period of 30 to 45 days under direct supervision.
* Conducting acceptance tests by
separate group of engineers and raising punch points to the vendors.
* Issuance of Acceptance Testing
Certificates once the sites are complete in all respect.
* Taking measurements and
certification of vendor's bills for work done.
* Preparation of as-built report and
handing over the same to the client with all necessary documentations,
permission etc.
E) Operation & Maintenance of Cell sites:
* We render 24x7 O&M services
by taking care of Infrastructures, D.G, Electrical of cell sites,
refilling of diesel,
Liaisoning
with SEB, Payment of Electricity Bill.
* We take care of 3000+ cell
sites of Vodafone, 150+ sites of Aircel thru ACME in the West Bengal &
Sikkim.
F) Installation & Commissioning of MW, BTS & SDH
* Infrastructure for BTS/SDH/MW
installation and commissioning.
* Over 15 teams, each headed by an
engineer, are in operation.
* Completed commissioning & did AT of
all sites in a record time.
* Test & measuring equipment are in
place.
* Assured qualitative delivery.
G) Laying of Duct, OFC, Other cables and maintenance:
* Created infrastructure for
execution of OFC related project.
* Formed a team having more than 30 man year
experience in execution of OFC projects all over the country.
* Team having experience in laying
over 1000 km ducting optical fiber cable laying.
* Team of sub-vendors having working
experience in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa.
* Undertaken OFC Network maintenance
of two Telecom Service Providers with own tools, equipments and vehicle.
* Can provide total turnkey solution
including supply of materials.
